Biggest news since Deep Throat reveal!

The truth about Tina Fey's scar has been revealed! By her husband, no less (I hope he got her permission to talk about it). Mr. Fey, a.k.a. Jeff Richmond, told Vanity Fair that Tina's scar originated from a ghastly and random slashing that happened in her front yard when she was 5 years old. Can you imagine? Fey has been mum on the scar subject for--as far as I know--the entirety of her career. But fans of the Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock writer and actress can't help being curious. Fey says she felt like talking about the scar and its origins would be exploiting it for attention. Good for her for focusing interviewers' attention towards more important things, like her tremendous talent, but I hope this Vanity Fair article brings some viewers to 30 Rock, which deserves higher ratings! The show airs Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. after The Office!
