Pagliacci Preview

As a prelude to its upcoming production of Ruggiero Leoncavallo's opera Pagliacci, Knoxville Opera and Maestro Brian Salesky will present a PAGLIACCI OPERA PREVIEW on Wednesday, April 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Blount County Public Library.  Maestro Salesky, General Director and Conductor, will be the guest speaker and will accompany a Knoxville Opera artist who will sing excerpts from the work.

The Knoxville Opera production of Pagliacci is part of its annual Rossini Festival with performances on Saturday, April 25 at 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, April 26, at 2:30 p.m. at the Tennessee Theatre on Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville.   

The not-to-be-missed free admission Rossini Festival Italian Street Fair takes place on Saturday, April 25 from Noon to 9pm on Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville.
