Viola-Guitar duo, Duo Fresco, in Oak Ridge Saturday

The Oak Ridge Civic Music Association's (ORCMA) chamber music series will feature Duo Fresco, a viola-guitar combo, this Saturday evening, March 13, at 8:00 p.m. in the Pollard Auditorium in Oak Ridge.

Duo Fresco consists of violist Brett Deubner and guitarist Christopher Kenniff. Deubner is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, and is currently on the music faculty at Temple University in Philadelphia. Kenniff earned degrees from Southern Methodist University and an Artist Diploma from Indiana University. Currently he is a member of Kean University's Concert Artist Faculty, and directs the ASTA/NJ Chamber Music Institute.

Their concert program includes Marin Marias' Suite in D minor, the Schubert Arpeggione Sonata, works by Kioulaphades and Dodgson, with a finale by Manuel de Falla: "Cancion Espagnole Populaires."
