The month of April has been, and continues to be, brimming with music events. Here are a few of the more obvious ones on the off-chance you haven't as yet fully emerged from your winter hibernation.

Mozart's Requiem and Schumann's Symphony No. 4
The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and the Knoxville Choral Society are together again for a spring choral masterpiece, the Mozart Requiem. The soloists will be Jennifer Barnett, soprano; Lorraine DiSimone, mezzo-soprano; Andrew Skoog, tenor; and Andrew Wentzel, bass-baritone. Also on the program is Robert Schumann's Symphony No. 4. My preview is online here.
