St. John's Cathedral downtown, 413 Cumberland Ave, hosts noontime music recitals each Monday. On Monday, May 14th, the recitalists will be violinist Sean Claire and pianist Eva Holder. The concert is free. For those wondering about parking, the church offers this information:
"For those attending the recital, parking in the lot behind the Cathedral and the lot across Church Street will be provided through funds from the Cathedral's Department of Music. The parking ticket will be stamped following lunch. If you are in the downtown area at noon, we invite you to join us for this musical offering."
Claire and Holder will repeat their recital on Friday, June 8th, at 7:30 p.m. at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church (in the Chapel), 9132 Kingston, Pike, Knoxville, TN 37923.
