Classical Cafe:

This Weekend: Flying Anvil Theatre

Downtown Knoxville has become many things in the last several years, but a center of theatrical performance has unfortunately not been one of them. Classical Cafe has learned that Jayne Morgan and Staci Swedeen aim to change that with their new partnership, the Flying Anvil Theatre. Their inaugural performances are this weekend--two performances of Swedeen's successful one-woman show, Pardon Me For Living.

There are two performances:
---Saturday evening, May 5 at 7:30 at the East Tennessee Historical Society on Gay Street. Benefit performance: Tickets are $35 and include a gala reception after the show.

---Sunday matinee, May 6, at 2 pm at the Knoxville Museum of Art. Tickets are $22.00. Admission to the Museum is free.

Tickets may be purchased by calling 865-523-7521 or going to KnoxTIX.com
