Fearless Foodie:

P,B, and C--the good life at lunch

Having my older daughter Lucy Hall zoom in to Knoxville on break from her studies in Chicago is a breathe of fresh air, in general, and definitely foodwise. Were it not for her, how would I ever have learned about food blogger and sometime chef Michael Ruhlman, and, more importantly, the benefits of a good old-fashioned  daily peanut butter and cabbage sandwich. Got to mention, though, Lucy and I disagree about the photo of this taste sensation. I say it was overexaggerated by a food stylist; she maintains that the author really does heap a two-inch slab o' cabbage on his wheat bread. You decide.
