At face value, I thought it sounded neat-o to possibly be able to buy a bottle of wine with the groceries, should a new bill currently in committee in the Tennessee Legislature be passed. Now I realize it's more complicated, though, an issue involving jobs, convenience, and many, many prior regulations. More discussion's due in the state house this week. But here's the info on the wine sales debate thus far.
