As if it wasn't already enough to have a Dolly singing contest, barbecue cookoff, free admission and lots o' bluegrass, this year the Sevierville Convention and Visitors Bureau will also host Barbecue Boot Camp classes, 4 hours each, May 12-14. Two of the er, smokin' seminars will be taught by BBQ world champion cooker Mike Davis. who'll come in from Oklahoma.
Sign-ups end May 5, though, so hustle up.
