So... I'm interviewing long, long time wine expert and current employee for Tennessee Wine Lovers Dennis Perkins, a six-year employee of Union Jacks, with its 200 bottles of imports on display, and one of the general managers of Downtown Grill and Brewery. Oh, yes, and home brew beer judge Patrick Beeson, recently certified. Each told me what they drink when they're out and about.
