It's been a while since I shared a cilantro pesto recipe on these pages, along with owning up to being smitten with pesto, from the Tomato Head and Savelli's in particular. I think someone (okay, it was Travis Gray) poked gentle fun at me for saying my chef/brother-in-law Rob hated cilantro because it tastes to him like soap. Well, ha.
