Blackberry Farm's the seat of luxury in these parts, but they're willing to share some of their secrets for pampering and fresh foods with those who mostly dream about luxury resorts and multi-star restaurants. Here, straight from the "Tasting Notes" section of their blog, comes this recipe for Billy's Pumpkin Spice Iced Tea. It's plenty good, though I used fresh sugar pumpkin puree, so I can't vouch for canned:

Pumpkin Spice Iced Tea
Recipe Courtesy Blackberry Farms
3 cups Pumpkin puree
One cinnamon stick
Five whole cloves
1½ cups of sugar
2 cups of hot water
6 cups of cold water
In plastic pitcher combine sugar, hot water, cinnamon, cloves and the pumpkin. Cook on top of a stove top for 30 minutes. Then pour all ingredients through a silver strainer. Add cold water. Serve over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
