Biscuits are back! Will be back, that is, with the second International Biscuit Festival set for Memorial Day Weekend 2011, according to the new Facebook page established by Amy Leigh Hubbard today.
She further exhorts us: "Join us for the International Biscuit Festival in Knoxville, TN on Memorial Day Weekend! The festival celebrates that most perfect of foods..the Biscuit. Activities include the Biscuit Bake Off, Biscuit Boulevard Tasting Area, Biscuit Bazaar and the Blackberry Farm Biscuit Brunch. Compete in the Biscuit Art or Biscuit Songwriting competitions, or vie for the coveted crown of Miss or Mr. Biscuit!"
