I'm to be a guest at Chez Liberty's first-ever beer dinner this evening. It's held in cahoots with Ashe's Wine & Spirits, and the menu looks superb. Plus, two of the beers, Imperial IPA, which will be served with the rack of wild boar, and Imperial Stout, which will be served with bacon chocolate mousse, are new to this market.Here's a menu, if you feel like drooling--and I'll let you know how it goes!
