Knoxville Going Publix

In the dizzying array of grocery stores entering the Knoxville fray, from Whole Foods to Just Ripe, alert co-worker Cari Wade Gervin has prompted me to notice that Publix is now poised for the Knoxville market. It will open July 2012 in Northshore Town Center if giddy reports are to be believed. Wow, employee ownership and that spectacular cheese selection, just for starters. But will they be able to stock a splendid wine selection like they do in other states? Time will tell.
