They're in danger of becoming the coolest blocks in Knoxville, between Pete's Coffee Shop, John Black Photography, the Tree and Vine, Union Ave. Books, the Oliver Hotel, Just Ripe earth-friendly market and cafe, the bar known as the Peter Kern Library (that's two Pete's, yep), and now a second Casual Pint at 421 Union Ave. in downtown Knoxville. The new joint debuted Friday with a vanilla-infused ale from our very own Saw Works Brewing Company, which is on another cool street, Depot.
