Catering to Olympic Swimmers: Holly's Eventful Dining

Who can now say she's fed Michael Phelps and some other Olympians? That would be Holly Hambright--Holly's Eventful Dining catered a "let your hair down" barbecue supper last night for the Olympic swimmers in town to practice at the University of Tennessee's Allan Jones Aquatic Center. On the menu were a bevy of heirloom tomatoes from the garden of Hambright pal Leslie Judson. The Olympic color cupcakes came from, where else, Magpies Bakery, owned by confectioner, philanthropist, and, in Holly's case, sister extraordinaire Peg Hambright.
