Fearless Foodie:

Elvis Presley's Sunday Meatloaf

Thanks Mark Arnold, known to friends as Marnold, for reminding me both that this is the 35th anniversary of Elvis Presley's death, and that he ate foods far more tasty than fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Here, from The HistoryKitchen.com, comes a fine recipe for a Sunday meatloaf fit for the King, along with some talk about his Jewish heritage. They got this from a book called The Presley Family cookbook. Yah, so it's not Sunday, it's still a nice thought.
