Fearless Foodie:

Le Parigo to Alter Approach This Fall

According to this morning's Facebook post, downtown's Le  Parigo will be changing its approach this fall, due in part to their idea that, "The long, relaxed, and more expensive dining experience is no longer valued as it once was." An expansion will close the place for a few weeks beginning Oct. 14; the new set up promises "To keep our focus on quality, adapt to economic needs, and progress the dining experience, everything on the menu will be fresh, never frozen, as local as possible, and less than $20 a plate! The food menu will consist entirely of small plates that recognize cuisine and technique from all over the world, and the hip and cozy environment will be the perfect place to sip on an artisan cocktail or draft beer."
