UT Culinary Institute has lots of cool classes coming up in the dead of winter--and they have tantalizingly suggested them as gifts for the holidays. Perfect for the kind of person that has too much clutter and too little fun in their lives.

"We are having a great candy making class for Valentine's Day and new baking classes taught by Heather Pennypacker. We have new cooking classes hosted by Terri Geiser and an amazing grillin and smokin class that is going to be held at Buddy's on Kingston Pike. I will be teaching three wine classes and am most excited about Blackstone Brewery out of Nashville doing an educational presentation and tasting of their beers Of course there will be a fabulous buffet prepared by the Tyler White and the Pellissippi State Culinary students enrolled in the UT Culinary Institute. "
