Beards, "Soup-Off," warmth, music the whole dang time from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.--the Snow Day benefit for CAC Beardsley Community Farm is almost upon us! I caught up with farm manager Khann Chov for an update on the fifth annual gig. A tip: three-time winner Coolato Gelato won't be at the Soup Off this year, and we'll miss them, but other great soup cooks like Just Ripe and Organicism Farms and Food will be there to pick up the slack.
