Announced in a FoodRepublic.com exclusive, Downtown Grill & Brewery and Central Flats 'N Taps were the only two Knoxville spots named to Urbanspoon's list of the 200 Most Popular Restaurant Bars in the U.S. The two watering hole/eateries joined just eight others from Tennessee in a list that covered 101 cities and 33 states. The ranking was based on bar-restaurants receiving "the most coverage and reviews from professional food critics, bloggers, the Urbanspoon community and diners."
