Rob Calder, a 32-year-old bagpiper from Scotland who calls himself the Bagpipe Busker, is making his way across the United States this summer, raising money for the disabled in Edinburgh. He's stopping somewhere in Knoxville on Sunday--keep an eye out for the guy in the kilt with the bagpipes.
