Big Ears isn't officially underway for another six hours, but Sam Amidon and Nadia Sirota are playing 11 O'Clock Rock at Knoxivi soon, according to AC Entertainment. At the moment, it's a real-estate ad.
The xx show tonight at the Bijou has just sold out, joining Vampire Weekend as the two full-capacity events so far. Word is to get to any theater shows early, even if you have a pass, especially VW, the xx, Joanna Newsom, and the National. I suspect Clogs will be packed, too, since Sufjan Stevens is playing with them.
