Downtown D&D Marathon This Weekend

Organized Play is hosting a Knoxville RPGA-sponsored year-end event Dec. 11-13.  If the thought of 30+ hours of Forgotten Realms doesn't send shivers up your spine, you can get more details here.

Me, I'm going to set up a Cheetos and Mountain Dew cart outside the venue and make a killing.

(Sure, that's a cheap shot, but does making myself sound like Gheed from Diablo II really make me sound all that superior?  Probably not!)

Hey Dave do they just do that for D&D? Have been meaning to get over there but am a fledgling at Settlers and don't know anything else (unless you count Risk and Bridge, which they don't)

@Dave - Thanks for writing about us! This is a really big deal for our store. The coordinator said that we should even be getting a good group of people from out of state! But sorry to dissapoint you, our MtnDew shipment comes in today ;)

@Rose - If you're interested in board games, most Sundays starting at 1PM we have a board game afternoon (this Sunday, we're doing DnD though). We'll feature a game from the store, but many people will also bring a copy of a game they like but need more players for. Come on down some time, we're a nice bunch. We also have a cabinet of demo copies that manufacturers sent to us of some of our more popular games.

And if you want to try DnD you just need to show up and see if there's an empty seat or sign up for a seat on Warhorn (available through our site!)
