Something happened in Nashville last week, and something didn't. Rep. Bill Dunn withdrew the Tennessee Scenic Vistas Protection Act from subcommittee consideration, to give himself more time to garner support. So the vote we were waiting for on Mar. 31st did not take place. What did happen, was a Nashville-based group of entertainers stepped up against mountaintop removal mining. A star-studded fundraising concert event can't be far behind.
