The Daily Pulse:

"Guns In Bars" Bill Passes State Senate

SB1127, which will allow permit carriers to bring their guns into restaurants that serve alcohol, today passed the Tennessee State Senate in an astonishing 26-7 vote. Not only that, but the Senate voted to remove the amendment the House added last week that would have restricted carrying between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Oh, and they took it a step further, amending the ORIGINAL bill and removing the provision that would have kept guns out of 21-and-older establishments.

Check out the details here

Now the bill goes back to the House. Details as we get them.
