The Daily Pulse:

Bring Out Your Dead... Electronics

Town and gown can both do the right thing with recyclable electronics at the event hosted by the University of Tennessee Computer Store and UT Make Orange Green later this week at Brehm Animal Sciences parking lot CFN1 on the Ag campus. On Thursday, May 14th and Friday, May 15th trucks will be available for campus, small businesses and non-profit organizations to bring their materials in for recycling. Saturday May 16th will be targeted for the general public, but average Joes can drop off the 14th and 15th, too.

A list of what's being accepted comes at the end of this verbose memo. Good news--they're taking typewriters, get rid of that dang thing. If you're not gonna make the event, or have a different type of stuff you don't want to banish to the landfill, check out MP's handy list of who takes what in our area.
