In this week's issue, we've brought back a couple of columns that we used to run back in the '90s: local business profiles and news.
Every other week in a two-page section ingeniously named "Biz," we're going to take a look at interesting local business owners and what they're trying to achieve. This not only fills a gap in our coverage of Knoxville, but it also helps expose the efforts of people who define Knoxville life just as much as our artists, writers, and musicians.
In our first edition, Rose Kennedy profiles Regas Restaurant's efforts to reinvent itself even as it celebrates its 90th anniversary. And then in our Movers and Shakers column (sort of an Ear to the Ground for business), we've got bits on the new yoga studio in town, New Moon Yoga, advance tweets from HardKnox Pizza, and other items.
If you've got business news to share with our readers, send your tips to editor@metropulse.com.
