The Daily Pulse:

City Council Election Results

If you haven't already heard, the unofficial results of the city's election yesterday welcomed Nick Pavlis, Duane Grieve, Brenda Palmer, Nick Della Volpe and Daniel Brown as the new freshmen majority to the council. We congratulate them and look forward seeing what they have in store for the city.

We didn't endorse Pavlis or Palmer (although in each of those races mentioned that both candidates seemed to have a great deal to offer).  I suppose that means our opinions are about 60 percent correct according to the 10 percent of the voting population that actually made it to the polling places yesterday. Slightly better than if we'd flipped a coin.

Did you vote yesterday? Why or why not?
