This investigative report from Channel 5 in Nashville on Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey, a GOP candidate for governor, is pretty damning. It reveals Ramsey has received $195,000 in contributions from coal companies since 2009, more than anyone else and the bulk of the $300,000 the coal industry has spent during that time. That's quite a sum considering coal companies in Tennessee employ only 400 people.
