Bruce Bogartz, two-time winner of "Best Chef" in our Best of Knoxville readers poll, just opened his latest venture in Rocky Hill, RouXbarbeque. According to early reports from a preview dinner last Tuesday, the menu is a knock-out -- but that's not the only thing causing waves. Apparently, some RouXbarbeque diners have been availing themselves of nearby parking areas, which has not pleased neighboring proprietors. Thus, some restaurant discord has arisen in the usually placid Rocky Hill environs:
