Ivan Harmon became the second mayoral candidate to disclose the state of his campaign finances thus far, and he's well behind Mark Padgett's $90,040 haul. Harmon took in $16,144.98 in donations, $3,670 of which were under $100 and not itemized. He spent $5,948.34 during the disclosure period, so he's got just $10,310.71 on hand. $3,000 of that went for a barbeque fundraiser, and $500 was spent on tickets to the upcoming Valentine's Day pro-life dinner at which Mike Huckabee will be speaking.
Harmon's biggest donors include Knox County Sheriff JJ Jones, who gave $1,000, and his own campaign treasurer George Ewert, who donated $1,900.
