We weren't sure we'd heard Mark Padgett correctly during the mayoral candidates' forum last night, so we went to check his campaign website today and sure enough, there it is: Padgett is about to begin something he is calling the Hands On Knoxville Listening Tour.
We are not exactly sure what this involves -- apparently there will be hot dog and chili suppers, though we're not sure whose hands will be on what -- but it sort of makes us think of Star Trek...
