The 22nd annual celebration of African-American culture kicks off Friday evening with the Junkanu Parade down Gay Street and continues that evening with food and music on Market Square. Festivities move to Chilhowee Park all day Saturday and Sunday, wrapping up Sunday evening with a performance by the vocal group shai.
