Republican state Senate candidate Victoria DeFreese is not exactly shy about sharing her opinion -- as you can read in her answers to our candidate questionnaire -- and this morning she was teeing off on local economic development agencies. On her campaign Twitter account, she noted that she was at the Knoxville Chamber's Knoxville Oak Ridge Innovation Valley Seminar.
