The East Tennessee Electric Vehicle Show took over a block of Market Street and a bit of Market Square today, showcasing both corporate and DIY examples of plug-and-play automobiles. Besides the expected Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf, there were (top to bottom):
a sporty Tesla Roadster; a rejiggered Jeep; a reconfigured classic; and the handmade Defiant, a three-wheeled prototype from Shockwave Motors in Russellville, Tenn.
