The Knox County Public Library is screening this 1959 drama, starring Jimmy Stewart and based on a book by Pulizer Prize-winning former Knoxville resident Don Whitehead. Jack Neely provides some insight into details of the film's shooting. (It's set here, but wasn't filmed here.) The first of a monthly Sunday Screenings series.
