The Daily Pulse:

Vote For the Movies YOU Want to See on Market Square

The Knox County Public Library will again host Movies on Market Square every Friday fom Sept. 7 through Oct. 12, according to a city press release. The events are held to promote the library's collection of more than 13,000 movies, documentaries, TV shows and how-to videos.

The public can vote for their favorite movies (winners get screened on the square) in six categories here. Some titles floating around include The Hunger Games, The Help, Rocky, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Edward Scissorhands. All the movies are rated PG-13 or less. Results of the polls will be published in the Aug. 30 issue of Metro Pulse.

And in case you forgot, Fido and the kiddos are obviously welcome to the outdoor event!
