At 10:00, the Career Coach--a 35-foot-long bus equipped with computers--will make a stop at the Blount County Public Library to assist in looking and applying for jobs. Might be a good day to head down to Maryville if you're in the market for a new career.
The CBID Board will meet today at 11:30 at the Knoxville Area Chamber offices (on Market Square). Have an interest in business development? Might be a good idea to see what the board chats about today.
Sarah McQuaid and Steve Warner will be playing tonight at noon at the visitor center for the Blue Plate Special on WDVX. Take your lunch and enjoy the show!
Tonight at 5:30, the Tennessee Valley United Unitarian Church will host a gentle yoga and meditation class. Donations are welcome for the practice. Call (865)-577-2021 or email yogaway249@gmail.com for more info.
If yoga's got you feeling good and loose, why not continue to have a good time and go see the Big Wooly at the Preservation Pub tonight at 10? Cover's $3; for the 21+ crowd only.
