The Daily Plan-It: Nature for Tots, Gender Identity, and a One-Armed Guitarist

Good morning, kiddies! We've got a very diverse line-up for you today! Hope you enjoy!

At 10 a.m., the Ijams Nature Center will host an installment of their nature/science series for 4- and 5-year-olds. The class costs up to $15. Call (865) 577-4717 ext. 110 for more info.

Feeling like you need to relax? Head over to the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universality Church at noon for a free class (donations accepted). For more info call (865) 577-2021 or email yogaway249@gmail.com.

From 5:30-7:30 p.m., UT's Hodges Library will host a class in a three-part series about gender identity and expression. The class is free, but you must be at least 18 to attend.

At 6 p.m., head over to the Preservation Pub for Brent Thompson's Write Night. The poetry's a real hoot.

At 8 p.m., catch Nashville's Todd Snider at the Bijou Theatre. Tickets are $20. Buy them here.

At 10 p.m., one-armed Atlanta guitarist Lefty Williams will be playing at Barley's Taproom and Pizzeria. This show is not to be missed! It's free and open to the 21+ crowd.
