The Daily Pulse:

Wikipedia picks Charlie Strong

UPDATE 12/5/12 at 8:17 a.m.: It's been removed from the page, and Strong is back to coaching Louisville. For the moment.

For what it's worth, Wikipedia has already announced that Charlie Strong, until recently head coach at the University of Louisville, is the current head coach at Tennessee.

Other news sources today include Strong as the foremost of three top candidates for the job. But as  of this afternoon, at least, as our online encyclopedia says he's already there. The introductory paragraph of the 52-year-old Arkansas native's biography includes the statement, "Charlie R. Strong...currently serves as the head coach for the University of Tennessee football team...."

Coach Strong's record at UT, as reported in a separate box, is 0-0.
