Good morning! Is everyone staying warm? Good. Here's what's going on today.

At noon, the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church will host a gentle yoga and meditation class. Donations will be accepted. For more info call (865) 577-2021 or email yogaway249@gmail.com.

At 5:30, the Amused Life Collective will have a zumba class. It's $5 to drop in and take the class.

Nashville dirty blues duo the Scissormen will play at Sweet P's Barbeque and Soul House at 6:30. The show's free!

As part of UT's School of Art Visiting Artists lecture series, New Yorker William Lansom will be in the Art and Architecture building at 7 p.m. to talk about his career with video, photography, sculpture, and performance art. 

The Knoxville Ski and Outing Club will meet at Barley's Taproom and Pizzeria at 7:30 to watch The Dream Factory, Teton Gravity Research's new ski film set in Alaska. It's free to attend! Then stick around and check out the Kicks, who'll play at 8 p.m.

Knox Dance Worx will have a belly dancing for beginners class at 8 p.m. The class costs $12. For more info, call (865) 977-6761 or email alexia@alexiadance.com.

Local acoustic duo WestWend will play a free show at Boyd's Jig and Reel to kick off a regional spring tour. 

The Josh Abbott Band will play at Cotton Eyed Joe tonight at 10 p.m. Abbott's touring in support of his new album. The show's free! 18+ only.
