At 11 a.m., the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will be at Smart Toys and Books for musical story time.

At 5:30, the Amused Life Collective will have a zumba class. It's $5 to join in. 

Tonight, at a time to be determined, Rhode Island sludge-metal quartet Howl will play at the Poison Lawn with Knoxville's black metal shredders Argentium Astrum.

Tonight at 7:30, the Bijou Theatre will host banjoist Bela Fleck and jazz pianist Marcus Roberts--together. Tickets are $5-$15. Buy them here.

Brooklyn's alt-country outfit the Defibulators will play at Boyd's Jig and Reel tonight at 9. The show's free! 18+ only.

Best-selling country trio Gloriana will play at Cotton Eyed Joe tonight at 10 with Brett Elridge. Tickets are $10. Buy them here. 18+ only.
