Pellissippi State's Green Bag Lunch series continues this week with a discussion called "Envisioning Green Policy" from Kayla Stover and Anthony Stachowiak. The two will speak at 12:30 in the cafeteria annex. Bring your lunch! Cookies and drinks will be provided! (And it's absolutely free and open to the public.)

NV Nightclub will host L.A.'s long-running industrial metal band OTEP tonight at 7 with One Eyed Doll, Picture Me Broken, and Shallowpoint. Tickets are $10-$12. Buy them here.
Also at 7, Clifton Truman Daniel will be at the Y-12 New Hope Visitors Center to talk about his grandfather, Harry S. Truman's, legacy. Daniel is the son of former New York Times managing editor E. Clifton Daniel Jr. and novelist Margaret Truman, and has previously published books containing letters from his grandmother Bess Truman to his grandfather, as well as his own memories of the former president.
