The Daily Pulse: Arrowmont Instructors' Art Show, Joy Kills Sorrow, and the Price is Right Live!

Good morning. It's Monday. Which is tough, but take a look at what's going on around town today. Maybe that will make today easier to get through. Good luck.

Teachers at the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg will start showing off their work in the instructors' exhibit. The show will be on display at the school from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. from now through mid-August. It's free to attend!

Martin Phillips will play for WDVX's Blue Plate Special at noon in the visitor center with Madonnas in a Field. It's free to attend. Pick up your Tennessee Shines tickets there!

At 5:30, the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church will have a gentle yoga and meditation class. For more info, call (865) 577-2021 or email Donations will be accepted.

Then at 7 p.m., head back to the visitor center for WDVX's Tennessee Shines show, featuring country-rockers Joy Kills Sorrow, who will play with Sarah Morgan. Tickets are $10. If you can't make it to the Blue Plate Special, they'll be sold at the door.

The Price Is Right Live! is coming to the Tennessee Theatre tonight at 7:30. The classic interactive version of the legendary TV show will pull audience members to compete for appliances, vacations, and new cars. Tickets are $28-$78. Buy them here.

Wrap up the night at the Well for Comedy Con Queso Open Mic Night. Go check out some amateur comics and get some free cheese if you open a tab. No cover! 21+ only.
