The Daily Plan-It: National Park Photo Class, Ensemble Swing Time, and the Kopecky Family Band

Good morning! Pour yourself some more coffee and take a look at what's going on today.

Amateur photographers! This one's for you! There will be a landscape photography class led by Barry Spruce in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The class meets at the Townsend visitor center at 11:30, and costs $10. Call (865) 273-1257 to register.

At noon in the Knoxville visitor center, G2 will play for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with Jake and Burtones. As always, the show is free to attend! Bring your lunch!

At 6:30, the Clayton Center for the Arts will present Ensemble Swing Time. Go enjoy a free night out and enjoy those classic swing tunes. 

The Kopecky Family Band will play at the Bowery at 7 p.m. with James Wallace and the Naked Light, and Evan P. Donahue. Tickets to the show are $5-$8. Buy them here.

At 8 p.m., the Knoxville Contra Dance kicks off at the Laurel Theatre. It's $7 to attend the community dance, and no experience OR partner is necessary to attend! For more info, check out the Knoxville Contra Dancers website or call (865) 696-4270.

End the night at the Well for Comedy Con Queso Open Mic night, which starts at 9 p.m. If you open a tab, you get free cheese! (And obviously laughs.) No cover! 21+ only.
