The Daily Pulse:

The Daily Plan-It: Art by Lindsay/Sabo, Job Help Mondays, and Keith Brown and the Nu Jazz Fourtet

Good morning! What month is it, again? July? Can we call this a cold day in July? (Kidding--60 degrees is not cold.) Enjoy the cooler weather today! Here are some things you could do.

The Downtown Gallery opens at 11 a.m., and currently features work by jewelry maker Jennifer Lindsay and photographer Dennis Sabo. Their work will be on display through July 31, so get to the gallery soon if you haven't already. It's free to check out the work!

At noon in the visitor center, Chris Titchner will play for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with the Walker Howell Band. As always, it's free to attend!

Starting at 1 p.m., reference librarians at Lawson McGhee Library downtown will be available to help anyone with job applications as part of the library's Job Help Mondays. It's absolutely free!

At 6:30 p.m., get thee to Victor Ashe Park for a free, women-only work out with Beauty Hunters. Bring a towel and a yoga mat (and plenty of water).

Kieth Brown and the Nu Jazz Fourtet will perform at Barley's Taproom and Pizzeria tonight at 8. The show's free! Jazz fans, assemble!

Wrap up the evening at the Well for Comedy Con Queso Open Mic Night. Starting at 9, if you open a tab, you get free cheese. Oh, and plenty of laughs. No cover! 21+ only.
