The Daily Pulse:

The Daily Plan-It: Computer Help, Capoeira, and Rosie Flores

Good morning! Are we all here and accounted for? Good. Take a look at what's going on today.

Taylor Kress will play for WDVX's Blue Plate Special at noon in the visitor center with the Killary Reynolds Band. It's free to attend, as always.

The Knox County Public Library will have a computer workshop tonight at 5:30 at the East Tennessee History Center. Been having a problem with your machine? Someone can help you out. Call (865) 215-8700 for more info.

Try something new tonight at the open-level capoeira class--an introduction to the Brazilian martial arts--at 6 p.m. in the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture. It's $12 to take the class. For more info, visit the group's website.

If it's not raining around 8 p.m., head over to Market Square and check out the Marble City 5, who will play as part of the city's Jazz on the Square series. It's absolutely free to attend. Go listen to some good tunes!

Austin, Texas institution and jazz-country guitarist Rosie Flores will perform tonight at Barley's Taproom and Pizzeria at 9 p.m. She's not to be missed! 21+ only.
