The Daily Pulse:

The Daily Plan-It: Haunting at Ramsey House, Jazz Tuesday, and Bliss on Tap

Good morning! Take a look at what's going on today (aside from the holiday-neutral, but still premature, lights on the trees in Krutch Park).

At noon in the visitor center, Molly Martin will perform for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with the Vinegar Creek Constituency. It's free to attend. Bring your lunch!

Want to hear some good ghost stories? Starting at 4 p.m., there will be candlelight tours of the Civil War-era Ramsey House plantation. Plus, there will be a live demonstration of a Civil War amputation. It's recommended for people aged 10+, and costs $10 to take the tour. For more info, call (865) 546-0745.

At 6 p.m. try a new workout. There will be a Bollywood dance class at the Broadway Academy of Performing Arts and Events. It's $10-$15 to participate.

At 6:30, the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra will present Jazz Tuesday, a weekly program of jazz standards and originals with the Marble City 5 in the Square Room. Tickets are just $5. Buy them at the door.

If you're up for a late night, head over to the Preservation Pub at 10 p.m. to catch local good-vibes reggae outfit Bliss on Tap. Cover's $3. 21+ only.
